Fish Oil

I Highly recommend taking a fish oil supplement.  It helps to lubricate the joints and also has heart health benefits.  I recommend at least 2000 mg a day.

Water Intake

One of the biggest changes you can make to your diet is increasing your water intake.  I used to drink very little water, and diet soda all day long!  When I stopped drinking soda, and switched over to water, I noticed a huge difference in my overall health!  I try to aim for a gallon of water a day.  Start slowly increasing your water until  it is a habit !  Need help reminding yourself to drink?  Here is a solution:
